RETURNS BY MAIL:
TO RETURN AN ITEM BY MAIL, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SHIPPED PACKAGE: COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM ATTACHED TO THE INVOICE OR GIFT RECEIPT THAT ACCOMPANIED THE ITEM. PLEASE INDICATE THE REASON FOR THE RETURN AND THE ACTION TO BE TAKEN ie: REPLACEMENT OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE OR GIFT RECEIPT, PLEASE INCLUDE A LETTER WITH YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, THE ITEM NAME AND NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION.
- PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 1-866-998-1940 AND YOU WILL BE ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- THE ENTIRE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND FACTORY CARTON.
- INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
- WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON.
- PLEASE SHIP YOUR RETURN TO:
