TWEED GIFTS   PRIVACY POLICY

TWEED GIFTS is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for a timely and appropriate protection of financial information you share with us. The purpose of this policy is to inform you what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of the information. This policy only applies to tweed gift customers in the United States.

As part of our commitment to maintaining your privacy, TWEED GIFTS will manage your information in accordance with the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association’s “Privacy Promise To American Consumers”. We have implemented procedures and systems to (1) Provide our customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers; (2) Honor customers requests not to share their information with other marketers; and (3) honor customers requests not to receive mail solicitations from TWEED GIFTS. TWEED GIFTS does not use telemarketing  to promote it’s services and a representative will only contact our customers via telephone regarding an existing order.
